very well written, lots of Hampton history. To me, it read more like a biography of the elder Buster Murdaugh for most chapters. However, it was still fascinating. The parallels between Alex Murdaugh and his grandfather, Buster, are remarkable to say the least. It wasn't easy to put this book down, as I enjoyed it very much.
