This is life changing. Where did anyone get the idea that we HAVE to eat 3 times a day?? Our hunter gatherer ancestors would go days between food. They had to hunt it, process it, store it when they could. They were always in a state of fasting, naturally. That question was always on my mind. Reading this in the first pages of this book validated my thoughts on this. Today is Day 1 of my Day 30 fasting reset. I have already been prepping myself and seen major changes.

Dr. Mindy is EXCEPTIONAL and beyond knowledgeable on how fasting as a woman is complex but not impossible... an excellent read so far and I am only on Chapter 9!!
