About this ebook

Many smart phone users reap the benefits of location-based services. While tracking users’ positions using their smart phone is an issue of concern for some, others who use Foursquare or rely on their Android GPS view location-based services as a necessity.

Ubiquitous Positioning and Mobile Location-Based Services in Smart Phones explores new research in smart phones with an emphasis on positioning solutions in smart phones, smart phone-based navigation applications, mobile geographical information systems, and related standards.
