I had the pleasure of being asked to review this wonderful book by. It is a much needed subject in our current reality TV world we live in. Anger is at the forefront of everything we read and watch for entertainment. it all impacts the body and suppresses our immune system. So, this book is great for those new and/or experienced with to anger management. The most important thing for someone working with anger is clarity, so the message can get through the haze of anger. This book does that. I provides clear language, an easy to follow format, and great advice that can be used every day.

This book is a gem! I'm a psychologist and I "prescribe" it to all my clients. Deficits in self esteem are often the foundation for most addiction and mental health difficulties in adolescents and adults. Even when armed with a good understanding of cognitive distortions and the necessary skills to restructure the unhealthy internal dialogue that precedes negative mood and behavior, people will often sabotage progress if they don't like themselves and don't think that they're worthy of being happier or less anxious. This book address the internal voice that is responsible for the sabotaging behavior and that stymies psychotherapeutic progress - and presents a simple and manageable approach that works!

At first, I was taken aback, I don't need Anger Management! However, as I turned the pages I realized all humans can use some help with stepping back and being aware of this emotion, From car rage to arguments with your partner, the author provides excellent advice with steps to follow so you can learn from this emotion rather than bury it deep down within. Each chapter offers assistance with living life in control of emotions and literally finding
