Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Bukhari (810-870 CE) was a prominent Persian Islamic scholar and one of the most influential hadith collectors in Islamic history. He dedicated his life to the meticulous compilation and authentication of prophetic traditions, traveling extensively throughout the Islamic world to gather and verify the authenticity of each hadith.
