About this ebook

'I raced through, unable to stop reading until I found out what was really going on. Gripping and thought provoking about motherhood and mental health. I loved it' Laura Marshall, bestselling author of Friend Request

You wake up alone after an emergency caesarean, dying to see your child.

But when you are shown the infant, you just know . . .

This baby is not yours.

No one believes you - not the hospital, not your father, not even your loyal husband.

They say you're delusional, confused, dangerous.

But you're a doctor - surely you would know if you were losing your mind?

Do you trust yourself?

Because you know only one thing for certain:

You must find your baby.
_____________

'You will be desperate to know how this dark, disturbing tale ends' Sun

'Chilling and suspenseful . . . keeping you guessing until the very end' Karen Perry, bestselling author of Your Closest Friend

I didn't think I could emotionally handle reading the whole thing. But I read the last couple of chapters. I love the way susi writes, her word composition. I felt emotional reading the small bit I did; angry - apathetic to avoid sympathising with things I just cannot , anxious, sad. I am looking forward perhaps to reading some other books by her, although if you're reading this perhaps something lighter.
