This is a great introduction plus more to the topic. I recommend this book for any beginner. For example, if you were in an accident and the insurance company wants to settle with you, I highly encourage you to pick up this book and go through it in detail before settling your case. There is a lot that goes into structured settlements which I had no idea about whatsoever.
