LOL this person is too much. I wonder if he has ever tried an elimination diet. That's what I had to do to find out why I usually had digestive issues for decades and got worse in my late thirties. I found out that I had a sensitivity to gluten. GLUTEN SENSITIVITY IS NOT A LIE! It causes me so much pain that I feel that I want to go to the emergency room. It doesn't matter if it's sprouted or organic or unbleached. Gluten gives me the pain from hell for 24 hours for 7 days. Imagine such terrible cramps so sharp at a level 10 every 10 to 15 minutes all day long. You can't eat, you can't take painkillers, you can't sleep, you can't enjoy life, you can't work, you can't drive, you cannot walk upright, you can't play with or walk with your dog. I would not wish that kind of pain on my worst enemy. Shame on you for your lack of knowledge.

I suffer from a severe allergic reaction to Gluten products. So to read this is simply a waste of time. Over time people have messed with food and people have developed actual allergic reactions to some of those foods. To call it a myth is simply a sign of true and pure ignorance! I have Celiac’s disease. To everyone who as well can’t have Gluten or certain foods or drinks. You know what you can and can’t have don’t allow anyone to tell you other wise! I however suggest reading Brain Grain by Doctor David Perlmutter.

This is how folks who know very little about science, nutrition, medicine, or disease try to get rich. They jump "off" of a popular bandwagon and try to come across as the savior of your pleasure in life. "Removing the guilt from your diet", "get back to real eating" kind of mantras that appeal to your desire to eat whatever you please. Mr. Levinovitz sir, you are doing no good for folks who have disease states that are triggered or worsened by certain foods. The least of which is not gluten. The concerns over gluten are not lies. Your book (loosely defined) debunks nothing.
