After reading the first book in the series, I decided to read the second book before leaving my review. The second book became the third, the third became the fourth and so on. I am an avid reader and it has been a very long time since I was captured and caught up in saga that I found it difficult to put down. This is so much more than a menage romance. It is a portrait gallery of love in all it's forms and at the heart of it is family. My emotions ran the gauntlet of laughing till I had to catch my breath, through experiencing loss so profound my heart ached. Thank you Ms. Roan for bringing the Mclendon family to life and allowing us to be a part of them for a time. I look forward to revisiting Falcon Ridge with other characters very soon. Please know you have become one of my top 5 authors and trust me when I say you are in very good company

A story of lies, losses, obsessions, friendships, families, and love that is wonderfully written. Amazing characters and nonstop action bring the many different events surrounding the characters to life. The tragedies of the past, the present dangers, the sizzling romance of a foursome, the love for children, and unbreakable bonds of family will capture you from the first page to the last!

Let me just say, I'm a pretty open person, not much skeeves me out. that being said, this was weird. A weird concept. Kinda gave me the heebie jeebies.
