The book begins with the revelation of the identity of the assassin who killed Aditya Karikalan, and the motives behind the murder. The book also reveals the secrets of Nandhini's past and her connection to the Chola dynasty. Meanwhile, Arulmozhivarman returns to the mainland and faces the challenges of becoming the king. He has to deal with the opposition of Madhuranthakan, the treachery of the Pazhuvettarayars, and the loyalty of the people. He also has to choose between his love for Vanathi and his duty to the empire. The book ends with the coronation of Arulmozhivarman as Rajaraja Chola I, the builder of the great Brihadeeswarar Temple, and the sacrifice of many characters for the glory of the Chola land.

What a finish. This is one epic book every tamil reading people is gifted to complete. Unlike good finish the author has completed the book with both sadness and greatness and left my heart wide open to think about why this book ended. God bless the soul of the author and the author blesses us. Atleast one from millions of reader can get motivated to create something like this. Mind and Words couldn't describe anything on this. My best part of life began reading this. Thanks.

A mini epic in its own right. Extraordinary blend of history and fiction that captures the readers' minds and teleports them directly into the midst of the action. Marathon reads guaranteed across all five parts. Leaves the reader wanting for more at the end. Highly recommended.

This is so wonderful. One can't describe or summarize it in words. Read
it!! Feel it!! Enjoy it!! One can learn so many interesting things in this
book. The feel is so good. I can't forget the characters, they are very
much alive to me.
