I have almost a year sober after 17 years drinking heavily. This story hits the nail on the head in so many ways. I'm terrified of the possibility of a "slip", but I'm strong, I can do this!

The book may of been slow at some parts, but it was nice to see a story where the character turns her life around like that. Also, there was really great character development in many characters.

I can't relate to this book in any way but Its touching and beautiful anyway. The story moves quickly and doesn't give details on everything but that's because the book spans over a couple years. It's not a romance book although it does include a fair amount of it. It's about Maddie Graham who he be
