After a little practice with the recipes you will know how to create your own. It would be better if the recipes and nutritional information were not reliant upon using their particular powdered supplement, because I will be using a brand of protein supplement I already have on hand, but it's not fair to complain because this ebook is FREE.

Gives me more ideas for smoothies but I wish there was way more vegetable type than sweet fruity combos.
