I just had to write a review of this book as it is one of my favourite Julie Garwood novels. The story is amazing and her writing captivates me and takes me to a different world. I fell in love with the characters very easily and could not put the book down. Fantastic book!

My favorite all time read! I read this book every year or two and it never grows old. I love the characters and fall in love with them over and over again. Gillian's innocent bravery and Brodick`s gruff exterior and gooey center make the perfect match. I love how Julie Garwood allows the story to develop slowly because once you start Ransom you won't want it to end.

This is one of my all time favorite books, I find myself comparing other books to this one. Love the characters, especially Brodick and Gillian there is no couple like them! Thank you Julie Garwood
