Submitting to the Marquess

Unfortunately, for me, this was only one part in an ongoing series with cliffhangers. I was disappointed by this aspect because I genuinely enjoyed the writing, characters and situations. In these types of serials, it feels as though the conclusion is held ransom. I hesitate to spend money this way since, in the past, I have found the initial book to be excellent, but sequels are less appealing.

Loved this book! I couldn't put it down even when my eyes were blurry from being so tired. The ending left you hanging with the need to purchase the second book. Now I have to wait for payday to purchase it and find out if they admit their attraction for one another after their encounter when Alistair finds out Milli enjoyed her night learning the true meaning of bdsm and enjoys it.

The characters are fun. The dialogue is a little stilted, although the characters' thoughts are kinda hot. The sex scenes are vividly visceral. The ending is a disappointing cliffhanger.
