This book was simply a life saver for me. I have been struggling with this problem for 20 years. I went through Dr. Claire Weeke's 'Hope & help for your nerves'. That helped me treat anxiety. Then I went through Sally Winston's 'Overcoming unwanted intrusive thoughts' - This one helped me to another great deal. But still I was left with doubt and anxiety about insomnia. This book acted like a complement. I so wish I can meet Dr. Colleen or Dr. Alisha and express my gratitude to them. I am slowly gaining my confidence and have started enjoying my life... Aptly suggested by the authors -- I am gradually sleeping to live rather than living to sleep. When it comes to recommendation, I dont know if this is the only book or there are a bunch of others those can cure you. But, for me, it acted like a silver bullet. Thanks so much Dr. Colleen & Dr. Alisha. I wish I had read this book 20 years ago.
