This book does a great job of presenting tons of different ways to relieve stress and eliminate worry in your life. Some of them, like breathing, meditation, problem solving, reframing thoughts, minimizing worry, and worry-free affirmations, can be done anywhere and are simple self-help techniques that anyone can master. The author also introduces more intense methods of stress relief, such as therapy and medicinal opportunities that individuals can turn to if they find that they need more help. This positive, solution-oriented book gave me tons of ideas for helping to manage the stress that appears in all facets of my life. I can't wait to actually sleep soundly tonight!
