Hoe gaat het met je? Zijn er nog roddels? Wat is je poëtica? Als er iets is waar dichters van houden, dan is het wel praten over poëzie. Toch wordt er nog maar zelden een poëtica gepubliceerd. Dat was in de jaren zeventig, de begindagen van De Revisor, wel anders. Het tijdschrift stond vijftig jaar geleden vooral bekend om zijn Revisor-proza, #39 MAAR HET RIJMT NIET is de inhaalslag. We vroegen veertien uiteenlopende dichters naar hun poëtica. Wat is poëzie, wat mag of moet het zijn? We kregen veertien veelvormige antwoorden, waar nog genoeg over door te praten valt.
