This book really emphasizes the importance of superfoods and digestion and how these aspects can affect your body. This book is filled to the brim with great recipes and a variety of them as well, such as meals, sides, smoothies and more. The book is broken down into categories of superfoods : garlic, kale, seaweed, cucumber, spinach, parsley, brocolli, alfalfa sprouts, soy sprouts, avocado, beetrot, tomato, lemon, grapefruit and ginger. Under each of these superfoods categories are recipes that include these foods. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
