I only read about a third but then had to give up. The Thomas character and storyline had no plausibility for me whatsoever and the writing style didn’t reflect the social mores of the era in which the story was set.

A delightful tale of a reluctant groom who thinks He is too important and busy to court a lady, so has a marriage broker find a bride, not expecting to Wed a scandal bent widow.

Loved it!! she's bold and wicked, he's shy and inexperienced.. she's not afraid to show him the pleasure that can come from the bedroom. made me laugh and smile during the story. fun book!
