About the author

A collector of slang and sarcasm, Timothy worked as a staff writer for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in the '90s. At the Journal-Constitution, he covered ethnoburbs (Asian and Hispanic 'burbs) around Atlanta. A writer for over 15 years in journalism and finance, Timothy decided in 2017 to gather and share the fun-loving best of "the Subtle, the Funny and the Snarky". Suburban Dictionary is the result! Please enjoy and leave a review.

When not writing, Timothy enjoys exploring the western US ... the "call of the canyons." But he's nearly always collecting slang, euphemisms, and sarcasm, which he admits is addictive. The author lives with his wife and daughter in the burbs of Phoenix, Arizona. Please visit his profile on goodreads.com, or bookbub.com. And please leave a review.

Bestselling thriller author of "The Fall" and other titles, Ryan is also a veteran copy editor.

Well respected copy editor, Hugh is also the author of "Hedge Britannia: A Curious History of a British Obsession," and other titles. Hugh contributed many gems of Brit slang, and kept the book "on schedule, on track."

Veteran of New York publishing houses, Michelle gave crucial editing services. Thank you!
