As Brynn searches for the truth about her mom’s past, her life is thrown into chaos and danger. She seems to just be gathering more puzzle pieces and questions than answers. It only gets more complicated as Kade enters the picture. Brynn is also on a journey of self-discovery and learning to stand up for herself and do what makes her happy. I loved how Kade pushed and guided her but wasn’t overbearing. I love how Brynn and Dani use their mom's past as an example and better their relationship between themselves and their dad and stepmom as well. Barbara knows how to weave a mystery, keeping you engaged and engrossed in the story. There were some shocking twists and turns. This is a great read that you’ll enjoy. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book.

This review is of Last One To Know by Barbara Freethy. I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. If you like mysteries, you are going to love this one! Twins Brynn and Dani are as close as twins can be. Especially since their mother died when they were seven. But when a nurse calls Brynn and tells her that her mother is in the hospital, everything changes. The book is nonstop action, danger, twin problems, and love. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

A fantastic read by Barbara Freethy! This story about Brynn and her twin sister Dani will keep you on the edge of your seat! I loved all the characters in this story, especially Brynn and Kade. The way Kade supported Brynn not only in her search for what happened to her mother but also helping her to find herself along the way. This story kept me guessing from page one. Barbara has done it again and written an amazing story that you won’t be able to put down! Highly recommend!!!
