About the author

Rev. Dr. John Charles Pollock is a Cambridge-educated clergyman who became Billy Graham’s authorized biographer early in the evangelist’s career. He has written many other Christian biographies over the past several decades, including the life stories of Wesley, Whitefield, Hudson Taylor, Wilberforce, and John Newton. He and his wife, Anne, reside in Devonshire, England. Ian Randall is Deputy Principal and Lecturer in Church History and Spirituality and Spurgeon’s College, London, and Senior Research Fellow at the International Baptist Theological Seminary (IBTS) in Prague, Czech Republic. He is the author of several books and many articles on evangelical history.
