سألت سيا نفسها عن سرّ السّعادة.. وهي جالسةٌ على كرسيٍّ هزّازٍ يتحرّك جيئةً وذهابًا وسط حقلٍ من العشب الأخضر يكلّله زهر الأقحوان.. يحيطُ بكرسيّها وبعيدًا عنه من اليمين قطيعٌ من الأغنام.. ومن الشّمال عائلةٌ من الأرانب تقفز هنا وهناك وتلتهم ما حولها من خسٍّ وجزر.. كان الحقل بمساحةٍ تعادل خمسةَ دونمات. تلك الرّائحة كانت سيا تعشقها.. رائحةُ التّربة والعشب والزّهر في الرّبيع خاصّةً بعد هطول مطرٍ خفيفٍ لم تكن هي تتوقّعه. عيناها صافيتان كالبحر اﻷبيض المتوسّط.. كانت نجوميّتها لا تمنعها من عيش لحظاتٍ كهذه... تنعمُ فيها بالاسترخاءِ والهدوءِ وتعود إلى أصلها كحوّاءٍ تعشق الحياةَ في البرّيّة... وتبحث عن آدم لتعود إلى ضلعه كما لم تعد من قبل؛
