Becky Hall has worked for over 25 years with people in a wide range of organisations as a consultant and executive coach. She specialises in helping people build gravitas, presence and inner confidence, and she has designed and run numerous resilience, leadership and change programmes for businesses to help them shape their cultures, often speaking and running workshops on these subjects too. This work on building confidence, resilience and presence, together with helping people manage overload in a 24/7 digital world, led to the development of the tools designed to enable her clients to create their own ‘art of enough’. Becky's credentials include a first-class English & Drama degree, a Masters in Adult Learning and Fellowships of CIPD and the RSA. She is a registered senior practitioner with the EMCC (European Coaching regulator), a Heart Math accredited coach and part of the Coaching Constellations systemic coaching teaching team. She also trained and worked for eight years as an actor and brings much of what she learned in the theatre to her practice now.
