The chemistry between Monroe and Koenraad sizzles hot enough to boil the oceans and the sex scenes are even hotter including some dominance and submission with mild BDSM elements but the relationship is in its infantry and both have some emotional issues that will have to be overcome. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention while the fast paced, smooth flowing plot builds lots of anticipation and excitement with suspense and romance with the intrigue building tension as well as there may be something wrong with the water which pulls some of Koenraad’s attention away from Monroe. First let me warn you this is a serial romance and therefore has a cliffhanger, but the author has created a refreshingly different shifter romance with some very interesting elements and the world building bring the story to life while the plot builds expectation and curiosity which along with the captivating characters ensure that the reader’s want to know what happens next in Monroe and Koenraad’s world.

I loved it enough to want more. There was no conflict resolution to three conflicts, I read quickly and can get through a full book in a day, this felt unsatisfying but only due to length. Having to pay 16$ for a soft cover book's full story is a rip off.

Wonderful, exciting and just down right a great book. Could not take my eyes off the pages and enjoyed seeing a different style of paranormal. Cuddos to the author.
