About this ebook

Two damaged men.

One dangerous mission.

One healing love.

These are the men of Hard Ink.

Hard Ink Tattoo owner Jeremy Rixey has taken on his brother's stateside fight against the enemies that nearly killed Nick and his Special Forces team a year ago. Now Jeremy's whole world has been turned upside down by the chaos—and by a brilliant, quiet blond man who tempts him to settle down for the first time ever.

Recent kidnapping victim Charlie Merritt has always been better with computers than with people, so when he's drawn into the SF team's investigation of his army colonel father's corruption, he's surprised to find acceptance and friendship—especially since his father never accepted who he was. Even more surprising is the heated tension he feels with sexy, tattooed Jeremy, Charlie's opposite in almost every way.

With tragedy and chaos all around them, temptation flashes hot, and Jeremy and Charlie can't help but wonder why they're trying so hard to be good …

I had been waiting for HARD TO BE GOOD forever, it seems, and it would have been worth waiting even longer: it is amazing, astonishing, fantastic, absolutely terrific! Jeremy Rixey has always been a favourite of mine, and what joy to see that HARD TO BE GOOD is even better than I ever would have imagined! I love Charlie almost as much as Jeremy and that is saying a lot! HARD TO BE GOOD is a fabulous love story, super sexy, and Charlie is another fabulous character in this wonderful series. There is such tenderness, respect and love between Jeremy and Charlie that the reader feels the power of their connection. It is a thing of beauty to see how Jeremy is mindful of Charlie’s inexperience at social interaction and shyness. I cannot rave enough about this brilliant novella! And Eileen gets a new “friend” as well, and this is priceless. If you have even been considering getting HARD TO BE GOOD, do not hesitate for a moment longer! HARD TO BEE GOOD is not to be missed at any cost! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Laura Kaye, but you are not rid of us fans yet: HARD TO BE GOOD is so good, that now I want more of Jeremy and Charliet a fabulous couple, a remarkable book!
