Finally got to read The Cross!!! I hate that I couldn't get it on paperback as I love keeping my books on my shelf.. Ive read majority of the Eddie flynn series and I've been very impressed with Steve Cavanagh's writing. Im totally inlove with his work. This book kept me swiping my screen i smashed it in less than a day! I noticed at the end of this book and the start of The Defence, Eddie Flynn mentions his Ted Berkley case... im dying for Steve to write a book about this case. I know we already know what happens in the end of the case but it would be amazing to experience the full depth of the court case, rhe case that nearly made him stop his career as a lawyer. Keep up the excellent work Steve 😁

Really enjoyed this short story, perfect opening to the main character and the style of the authors writing. Will definitely be buying the defence, the first novel.
