"Baidik Upanishad" contains twelve upanishad in one volume. (1) Aitareya, (2) Kausitaki, (3) Kena, (4) Chhandogya, (5) Katha, (6) Ishopanisad, (7) Brihadaranyak, (8) Shevetaswatara, (9) Taittiriya, (10) Prasna, (11) Mundaka, (12) Mandukya. 

Extinction (Nirban) can be obtained through the meditation (dhyan,yoga) in Brahma. Brahma and soul are same and one. Brahma is imperishable, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and undual.

About the author

The author, Amrit Ranjan Acharya, was born in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India. He was the writer and principal of Akandabari High School and Maheshpur High School. Some of his book are “Amrit Katha” and some of his Bengali poem books are “Rigved, Samved, Yajurved, Atharbaved, Mitrakshar”. He was awarded “Baidik kabi” by Mahabanga Sahityaparisad im 2014.
