LOVED this book! This is another fun and quickly moving mystery following Savannah and her team at the Midnight Magnolia Detective Agency, along with her husband Dirk. While employee and close friend Tammy is dealing with family complications, Savannah is called in to assist a famous actor when his wife, son, and nanny go missing. Before long, they're in the middle of a fast moving mystery with suspects popping up all over. I particularly enjoyed the writers style and the way "southernisms" are woven through the novel....that is set in California. The dialogue is witty and engaging and I cared about the characters and felt invested in their story. If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. While this is part of a series, this is a stand alone novel. The author is on my must read authors' list and should probably be on yours as well.
