About the author

Nell McAndrew has been a cover model and TV presenter and is now a successful marathon runner (PB 2:54:39) and fitness presenter. She has featured in bestselling exercise DVDs and written for Women's Running magazine.

Lucy Waterlow is a journalist who has written for various news websites, including the Daily Mail, the Sun, Sky News and magazines including OK and New. Lucy regularly competes in races from 5ks to marathons (PB 3:06) for her local club St Albans Striders. She also runs a running website with her sister, an elite marathon runner, www.runningfeat.co.uk.
