Garrett Young is a protective agent for Hawkeye. He’s sent to covertly protect Charlotte Connelly at the request of Charlotte’s father. Charlotte is tipped to take over the large family business, even though her heart is in the philanthropy division. I love the way Garrett & Charlotte met—that wondering & curiosity and connection between them. This becomes way more than just a job for Garrett. So the falling in love part is easy—learning about lies and betrayal shatters Charlotte, again. I almost forgot why Charlotte needed a protective detail in the first place—but the Hawkeye team are experts and have no problem dealing with threats. I enjoyed this romantic BDSM story. It’s well-written. suspenseful, and entertaining. I received a copy of this book. My honest opinion is voluntarily provided

Garrett is undercover for Hawkeye Security and his job is to insure Charlotte stays safe. Since she refuses a security detail, he must lie to her and seem interested in her. After meeting her that false interest in her became real very fast. Great story as usual with the Hawkeye Security Series and the characters are strong and unforgettable. Good read! This is the second book that I’ve read from this author/series, and although I liked the previous book, I enjoyed this story even more! It sometimes takes me a couple of books to get used to a particular author’s style as well as to get familiar with the setting and the reoccurring characters. This is the case with this author/series. However, the more I read, the more I got into it, the more I Loved! The story line was very engaging. The scenes were sensual, very descriptive and (for someone not in the lifestyle) seemed realistic. I was reluctant to put it down! I’m not one to give others a synopsis of the story, for me that would spoil the book for others. The “Bottom Line” is I truly enjoyed the read, and I’m convinced that others would too. Loved it!
