Another incredible read by PJ Fiala. A very delicate topic written to perfectionI loved their instant chemistry. Love has no timetable. When you know, you know. From the minute Falcon met Kori he knew. Bother characters are very similar. Each trying to help women escape. Falcon’s instant attraction to Kori made him want to protect her. He never felt that way about anyone. He wanted to give Kori all that she missed with being alone. He never wanted her to feel lonely again.

Kori is probably my favorite of the female leads in the Raptor series, & she’s awesome from the moment we first meet her as she runs to help Falcon. This is one of the hardest of the Raptor books to review because just about everything I want to say includes a spoiler. Let me just say then that this resolves the Dilano point, I couldn’t put the book down (after starting it late at night!), and, while it can be read as a standalone, the experience is infinitely richer if you’ve read the others

We are back with the RAPTOR group, a spinoff of GHOST, one of the author’s series. RAPTOR is made up of dedicated men and women who were injured during combat and want to make a difference in the lives of those in need. Specifically going after pedophiles and human traffickers. This time the story belongs to Falcon Montgomery and EMT Kori Jackson. When Falcon is injured, she comes to his aid. The attraction is evident, but Kori is secretly aiding women that are running away from traffickers
