I don't want to overstate how great this album is. Wale doesn't recreate the wheel here but he's a dope lyricist and put together a great album worth your time & money.

I think it's a GREAT resource and quick read reference book for a parent to use and understand the situation at hand. I recommend it for everybody to start with and then if you need to go further, there's other resources available.

It is unfortunate that I could not start out with the knowledge I acquired over time. Books that were available when my children were small were not terribly comprehensive or authoritative, since the very reality of ADD and ADHD were still in question.
