This book is as good of a story that I would expect from baldacci but the print quality and complete lack of punctuation aswell as the wrong words joined together makes it a horrible book to read. I seriously doubt that it was published like this and therefore is not worth the money payed. If this was a physical item I would have returned it for refund after the first chapter. Obviously no proof read was done. Very dissapointing

this is my first book of Baldacci. this book cannot be categorized as Mystery at all, because there is no mysterious thing here. the story is predictable and ends as you might predict when you start. although in comparison with the books titles as Thriller, this book does not make you feel as Thriller book, like the novels written by Tess Gerritsen, Harlan Coben, etc. the story has been told in liner without any considerable peaks, something you expect to see when you want to read a Thriller book. the author did not emphasize on the peaks and it feels as if you are listening to regular news. the scenario is about couple of groups that want to hunt/capture a former killer, but their plans and what the most part of the story is about, are very basic and regular. the story becomes a little bit not-so-boring in the last 1/4 of the book but is is not enough to make you satisfied. the story says that there are 2 group of people that want to hunt the killer. at the end, where the killer asks them to come to his place, bunch of people from both of the groups come together to go there. except Shaw and Janie, others does not have any motivation to go along with them to "die"! even the whole group has not any plan to face with the killer. this is very funny, because these groups are underground and professional people, as called by the author and were successful in their missions. so you expect to see a plan for this. but these people travels to the killer's place to run like a mouse and being hunted. hahaha its funny, but not when you want to read a Thriller book!! as a result, the story has predictable, very basic scenario and this made me to pay more attention to the Baldacci, if I want to read any other book of him.
