About the author

David Kolotkin, executive chef, is a passionate and innovative cook with a deep respect for food as instilled in him by his family. Working his way up through the kitchen of Villa Adriano, Kolotkin went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America, graduating with the Most Likely to Succeed award. He worked for notable restaurants, including 21 Club, Patroon, Butterfield 81, and Windows on the World, before finding a home in Allaham?s restaurant. Working in the challenging environment of a kosher kitchen, Kolotkin?s creativity and inventive style have given the Prime Grill an internationally renowned status.
