Targeting new audiences after expansion is one of the challenges I faced in my catering business, but this book has revealed a lot in terms of targeting and also marketing to the right audience. Also expanding to bigger cities tend to be daunting but following this guide makes things easier and reassuring. We have 6 branches across 3 states and we are still expanding. Food service is highly profitable once you have a guide like this. Amazing book.
