Mmmm. So far thanks to the voice "actor" reading the book,I'm not sure going audio was the way to go, at least using the person they did. How he reads the book,he makes Anna sound like a whimpering, weak, idiot, who's constantly having to ask Charles questions like a scared, little kid. Charles, Bran, and Brother Wolf all sound like bad Clint Eastwood, old western wannabes, with slight, very unpredictable, coming and going accents, that difer from one another, barely, and Tad,he makes sound like a yipping ,overly happy, ankle biter than another bad a$$ wolf. Like come on, if your going to read the book as an "actor",either ,JUST read it,or if your going to use voices, use DIFFERENT ones for EVERYONE, CONSISTENTLY,not randomly, and badly. We will see how the story itself pans out,but this guy reading it, is almost making it VERY unenjoyable.

Wild Sign is a book that I find difficult to review. On one hand I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Alpha & Omega series as well as the Mercy Thompson Series, every release date I send out a mass text that tells my family and friends that I have a new book and they are NOT TO CONTACT me at all unless its an emergency. Getting an ARC for Wild Sign was such a welcome and exciting surprise. I sent out the do not call text and sat down and devoured the book in 5 hours. I love Charles and Anna so much, their witty flirty banter, how much trust they have in each other. There isn't a single character in the entire series that I dislike. That being said, I fully believe that Wild Sign NEEDS a content warning. Fans of the series know that Sexual Assault is an ongoing motif, which the characters are constantly dealing with the trauma of their past assaults and moving forward. I see myself in these characters, their struggles with their past are mine as well. and I bring this up only to give readers of this
