This is my fourth book from this author. I've also read The One, The Family Experiment and The Minders. They were great, just perfect. The Passengers is honestly the worst of those, while I still love John Marrs with all my heart, this book is the most boring one to be called a thriller. A couple of hours that the Passengers were supposed to spend in their cars just kept dragging on. I really tried to get myself into the plot, and I barely managed to finish the book. By the end when (spoiler) Jude and Libby finally meet, I literally couldn't care less. His explanation is way too complicated for a fast reader and I still don't quite get what happened and why, but, which is worse, I don't care:(

About the author
John Marrs is a former journalist from Northamptonshire, England, who spent 25 years interviewing celebrities from the world of television, film and music for national newspapers and magazines.
He wrote for publications including The Guardian’s Guide and Guardian Online; OK! Magazine; Total Film; Empire; Q; GT; The Independent; Star; Reveal; Company; Daily Star and News of the World’s Sunday Magazine.
He recently gave up his job to write novels full time. His first car at the age of seventeen was a three-door, Ford Escort with a Batman sticker in the rear windscreen. He thought the sticker was cool at the time.
