The only good thing in the book was probably the ending, otherwise it was a rip off of Red queen. The lack of plot is also disappointing. Parts of the ending (and more) is literally Red queen and Glass sword. As someone who loves Red queen and it's characters, this is just an embarrassment. Then there is the whiny characters, with the whole "but he tortured you" thing. FYI there's a difference between hurting/scarring and torture. A real example of torture it Kingdom of ash and Iron flame.
