I enjoyed this book more than I was expecting and the story kept me engaged so I kept wanting to turn the pages to see where it and the characters lead me. They were very diverse characters, with involved and interesting backgrounds and stories to their lives before they joined the hotel. All were flawed and certainly not squeaky clean, but believable. The ghost, Grace was the lynch pin the story and the catalyst for much of what happened. I also found the detail about the hotel and its operations interesting and learnt a few things along the way. If you want to read a story a bit different to the norm, then this is it. Recommended,
