About this ebook

You often sense things that others ignore such as strong smells, bright lights, and the crush of crowds.

Even the presence of strangers in your immediate vicinity can cause you considerable distraction. You already know that this condition can be a gift, but, until you learn to master your sensitive nervous system, you might be operating in a constant state of overstimulation.

As an HSP, the most important thing you can learn is how to manage your increased sensitivity to both physical and emotional stimulation.

In part one of this book you’ll discover:

·        What empathy really is.

·        The traits of an empath.

·        Common strengths and weaknesses of empathy.

·        Tips for building and maintaining healthy relationships.

·        The effects of diet and environment on empathy.

·        Common pitfalls empathy should avoid.

·        Techniques to harness and unlock the gift of empathy.

·        Strategies to protect yourself from energy vampires.

·        Best careers for empaths.

·        And much more!

A complete exploration of its intriguing content will leave you feeling whole, knowledgeable, and confident to live your life as an HSP in the world.

By reading this book, you’ll discover why life can be so difficult and overwhelming for you at times, and you’ll learn how you can thrive in the chaos of the world.

It’s time for you to thrive and not just survive.

It explained why I cry so easily (especially even during happy moments), why I crave nature and quiet, why I'm the type to "go with my gut" (and am usually right), why I cannot watch stressful, violent or disturbing shows or movies, why music moves me so powerfully, why I feel like I constantly have to take time for myself, why I feel like I live at a much slower pace than everyone else around me, why I have always had digestive issues, and so much more.

I wish I had read this book 30 years ago. Never knew I was HSP. Reading this book was like looking into a mirror on so many levels. But this time what was staring back at me made sense. A good intro into the world of an HSP. If you are or know someone who is or have a loved one whom you would like them to know more about your HSP trait, then this book is a great read and reference. It literally changed my life.

I borrowed this so many times from the library I ended up purchasing it. I was going through a divorce and had been told many times over the course of my marriage that I was "too sensitive". This book completely changed my perspective. I used to look at being sensitive as a bad thing and fought constantly to become "less sensitive" however, this book made so much sense of the things I didn't understand. I am now much more comfortable in my own skin and am I'm grateful for this book.
