The information is good and insightful. However the group i lead is focused on creating community and support for our church members. This is confused on small groups as a means office to evangelism. I don't disagreeing with this method it's just not our currentl intention for our grouos. I will be adopting some of the advise such as incorporating worship and limiting the discussion time.

Joel Comiskey (Ph.D. Fuller Seminary) is an internationally recognized cell church coach and consultant and founder of Joel Comiskey Group.  He has served as a missionary with the C&MA in Quito, Ecuador, started a cell-based church in Southern CA, and now coaches pastors in cell group ministry.  Joel has written bestselling books on the worldwide cell group movement and teaches as an adjunct professor at Tozer Seminary, B.H. Carroll Theological Institute, and Indiana Wesleyan University.  Joel and his wife, Celyce, have three daughters and live in Moreno Valley , California.
