Restaurant business can be chaotic but I'd like to try it as my retirement plan. My wife is doing it but most of the strategies in this book are surprisingly new to her. I'd like to keep this book for as long as possible because it's very helpful and very comprehensive. Also I like the way it gets direct to the point and very helpful in each chapter.
