Highly recommend this book to all the working females out there and as well as to the organizations. Very helpful manual. Covers the complex intricacies of law in very simple words. A Good read indeed.

The Author has briefly explained every aspect of sexual harassment of women at thier workplace as well as also made me understand the importance of giving equal respect to women. Will be suggesting this book to my present HR to read, as i have seen an old compainion of mine being harassed.

Born in the year 1977 at Bhiwani, Haryana (India), the author is noted criminal lawyer, practicing law at Rewari, Haryana (India).

The author graduated in law from the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana in the year 2000.

The author has been into active law practice, having enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, since the year 2000.

The author is the appointed Special Public Prosecutor by the Government of Haryana.

The author hails from the family of three generation of lawyers, having 20 years of practice to his credit, with specialization in criminal law. father of the author retired as District Attorney from the cadre of Haryana State Prosecution Services.

The author is running and managing a law firm in name and style of "Law Offices of Kr. Vivek Tanwar Advocate & Associate".

The firm is rendering services to individuals and corporate entities a variety of services in varied legal spheres.
