About the author

Author, business leader, financial literacy advocate, and podcast host Steve Coughran has over two decades of experience driving business excellence. He is the founder of Coltivar, a consulting firm that empowers companies to drive successful financial, operational, and strategic transformations. Beyond growing and managing Coltivar from the ground up, he has been a strategic CFO, management consultant, and entrepreneur.

 

Steve is the author of two previous books, Outsizing and Delivering Value, and hosts multiple podcasts, including Boosting Your Financial IQ, Strategic Financial Leadership, and Finance with Kids, where he shares his knowledge of finance with others and provides listeners with a range of personal and professional financial advice.

 

Steve is a CPA, earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and studied international business across four continents. He advanced his specialization in strategy through study at the Executive Education program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
