MENACING OPPOSITION: An EMP Survival Story

I enjoy dystopian/appocalyptic shtf kind of books and the first book in this series was pretty good, i appreciated the character developement and world building, i thought it dragged a bit here and there but if the author makes the minutiae appropriate to the story then im ok with it, thats why i went ahead and bought this second book, i was invested enough in the story to want to keep reading, i wish i hadn't, this second book started exactly where the first book left off, good start, but it went down hill from there pretty quickly for me, the characters method of trying to defeat the bad guys was stupid and pointless, it made me irritated and frustrated with their idiotic plan, i couldn't finish it, i bailed, this book wasn't really that expensive but i used my birthday money to buy it and i feel a little cheated tbh

Great read and waste of money. If only they wanted to give quality over quantity. Pages of introspect to make it longer. Could have been very nice to great. If he didn't try to make money over content. Who knows?
