About the author

I did primary research for Mindful Deception by interviewing expatriates and retired Intelligence staff, and I have firsthand knowledge of the locations mentioned in the book.

Born in Lebanon, naturalized American, I have lived and worked in 4 countries on 3 continents, and I am fully proficient in 4 languages including Arabic. As a former International Sales and Marketing Director for corporate firms I have traveled to over forty countries and spoken at graduate schools, in board rooms of Fortune 500 organizations and specialized conferences on the topics of innovation, idea creation, and new product development.
