The S&S program was highly effective for me. It helped me develop full body strength and it did so fast. When it comes to kettlebell training, the swing and get-up are arguably the most beneficial movements you can do and author does his usual great job explaining just about everything you need to know about them and how to program them to keep those gains coming.

Short, specific and nice. Not only deserves to be read and re read, but it should be considered a quite nice and short guide. In my opinion it is a very good booklet not only because the brevity, but because the description of the exercises let's you know about his to do them and how not to do them
