The moon hung low in the sky, casting eerie shadows over the old cemetery as Dan, Cary, Bill, and Samantha approached the looming mausoleum. They were four teenagers fueled by curiosity and a touch of rebellion, daring each other to conjure up the dead.

"There’s no such thing as ghosts are there, Dan?" Cary whispered, her voice trembling with nervous excitement.

"Absolutely," Dan replied, his tone determined. "We've got the Ouija board, the candles, everything we need."

Samantha shivered, pulling her jacket tighter around her. "I don't know, guys. This feels wrong and what happens if something happens are we prepared for the outcome?"

Bill chuckled nervously. "Come on, Sam. Don't be such a scaredy-cat. This is going to be epic."

With shaky hands, Dan laid the Ouija board on the dusty floor of the mausoleum, the candlelight flickering ominously. They all placed their fingers on the planchette, their hearts pounding with anticipation.

"Is there anyone here with us?" Dan asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
