I liked Astrid, didn't really buy the house dynamics but then...French novels are light and entertaining, can't expect literature. The junk sale had me laughing aloud! A good French effort.

I loved the nuances about London in the book and it made me see the city in a different light. Story wise, I was guessing almost til the end to found out who was the bad guy in the story. That's the sort of story I like

Couldn't put this book down read front to back in 4 days every spare moment spent glued to it. Brilliant!!!

Nicci French is the pseudonym for the writing partnership of journalists Nicci Gerrard and Sean French. The couple are married and live in Suffolk.
